Our client, a Leading UK Law firm, is seeking an Insolvency Lawyer to join their growing London office.


This is an exciting and pivotal time for their London Insolvency team as they have recently made a number of ambitious, high profile hires from competitors. You will ideally be 2-5 yrs PQE and must have specialised in Insolvency however, you can have specialised in Contentious or Non-Contentious, or done a mixture of the two.


The firm work alongside the most reputable and buoyant Restructuring boutiques in the sector, which will mean you will be working on the most interesting work in the market.


If you have specialised in Insolvency Law and have a genuine interest in furthering your knowledge at one of the world’s finest law firms then this could be the ideal next step in your career. The firm pride themselves on organic growth and progression/development is clear and tangible.

The firm has experience in acting for receivables financiers in both distressed and non-distressed scenarios, as well as for insolvency practitioners appointed to deal with assets subject to invoice discounting facilities and supporting security.

Their Contentious Insolvency team is renowned for its speed and success in achieving results quickly. They work across jurisdictions and have recently become engaged on high profile cases in the Cayman Islands, the BVI, and Europe.


They have extensive experience in advising boards of directors and all categories of creditors during restructuring, as well as dealing with the security and appointment of officeholders. They also act for administrators, liquidators, trustees and receivers in all aspects of non-contentious insolvency work, from appointment through pre-pack or trading sales, to reach a successful conclusion. Their Non-Contentious work covers all insolvency scenarios, including aspects of multi-faceted group collapses, negotiating a settlement and wind-down agreements as part of voluntary liquidation proceedings and preparing proofs of claim.
